Cayo Lara tax raises up to 90% the salaries of senior executives with a maximum salary wage, just as there is a minimum wage, to support the idea that the crisis also "those who have covered" in good times. aid to banks to transfer the form of loans to families, freelancers and SMEs and subsidizing the costs of the guarantees required to self-employed and SMEs to access credit so they can create jobs.
4 .- Ensure the maintenance of the social character of the savings banks. Reform of the Banks Act prevents the participation of private capital in any way, strengthen the democratic and public control of rural banks, establish an effective system of responsibilities to managers and exhaustively limit the operation of the banks to avoid any kind of speculative activity. This reform should provide the embryo with the ICO for a future public banks. 5 .- Shortening
payment periods of all the Public Administrations their suppliers, with appropriate financial assistance to municipalities that have difficulty meeting this measure through the ICO.
6 .- Take legal measures to limit the high salaries , either through regulation or contracts through fiscal measures. Paralyze forced reform of curriculum linked to the Bologna Process and open a broad and democratic debate on the future of the English University.
11 .- Open a wide debate about the characteristics of a new sustainable production model for our country. Debate must involve the political and trade union and social movements. A debate that has to produce basic results that can be transferred into practice.
12 .- Ensure quality representative democracy electoral reform in which all the votes of citizens have the same election.
